Flanges

Flange, also known as flange plate or flange. Flange is a part connecting shaft to shaft, which is used for the connection between pipe ends; it is also used for the connection between two equipment, which is used for the flange at the inlet and outlet of equipment

There are holes in the flange, and the bolts make the two flanges tightly connected. The flange is sealed with gasket. Flange is divided into threaded connection (threaded connection) flange, welding flange and clamp flange. The flanges are used in pairs. Add gasket between the two flange plates, and then fasten them with bolts. The flange thickness of different pressure is different, and they use different bolts.

Flange industry standard classification:

1、According to the industry standard of chemical industry (Hg), it can be divided into integral flange (if), threaded flange (th), plate flat welding flange (PL), neck butt welding flange (WN), neck flat welding flange (so), socket welding flange (SW), butt welding ring loose flange (PJ / SE), flat welding ring loose flange (PJ / RJ), lining flange cover (BL (s)), flange cover (BL).

2. According to Petrochemical (SH) industry standards, it can be divided into: threaded flange (PT), butt welding flange (WN), flat welding flange (so), socket welding flange (SW), loose flange (LJ), flange cover (not noted).

3. According to the industrial standards of machinery (JB): integral flange, butt welding flange, plate flat welding flange, butt welding ring plate loose flange, flat welding ring plate loose flange, flanging ring plate loose flange, flange cover.

4. According to national (GB) standards: integral flange, threaded flange, butt welding flange, flat welding flange with neck, socket welding flange with neck, loose sleeve flange with neck for butt welding ring, flat welding flange, loose sleeve flange for butt welding ring plate, loose sleeve flange for flat welding ring plate, flange cover.

Flange application scope

Flange is widely used in chemical engineering, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light and heavy industry, refrigeration, sanitation, water heating, fire protection, electric power, aerospace, shipbuilding and other basic engineering because of its good comprehensive performance.
